Everything we need to do is work.....what do we consider life - doing nothing? Is that really life?
Einstein said that if you wake up every morning and spend your days doing what you love - you never have to work a day in your life.
But even love takes work.
Think about it - can you drive your economic engine from doing what you love only? Doesn't the limitation to making a living out of doing what you love come from fast forwarding to the fantasy of the end goal but never looking at what the daily routine must be to make that end goal a reality?
Do a simple exercise in critical questioning:
- How much do I want to make on a monthly, annual basis?
- How can what I love doing make me that amount?
- What do I need to do to make that a reality?
- What would my day have to look like?
- What type of daily activities would I have to be involved in to make it?
- Would I be able to withstand hardship, criticism and ridicule to get to this aim?
Once you have that clearly defined then ask yourself - "If I did all this - would I still love what I am doing?"
If the answer is yes - then go for it!
Cause that's TRUE LOVE.
Remember - LOVE is a doing word first - then a feeling one.
